What data do we process?
When you submit a form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, contact preference and message. For an order we also process payment, delivery and administrative details.
Why do we use this data?
To respond to questions, prepare and fulfil designs, quotations and orders, provide product updates you requested and meet legal obligations.
Who receives the data?
Only service providers needed for hosting, email, payment, production or delivery. They may only use the data for the agreed service. We do not sell personal data.
How long do we retain data?
Contact requests are retained no longer than necessary, generally up to 24 months after the last contact. Contract data is retained for fulfilment, warranty and statutory administration.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent by emailing info@comvie.nl.
Website usage and performance
We use Vercel cookie-free Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate visitor numbers and technical performance. Admin, account and payment pages are excluded. Query strings, fragments and form contents are not sent.
Cookies
The website only uses functional technology needed for the cart and secure accounts. We do not place advertising or marketing cookies.
