Delivery area
We initially deliver on the Dutch mainland. Belgium and other European destinations are available on request. For large products we coordinate access, floor, lift, parking and assembly.
Lead time
The current estimate is listed with the product. Different periods apply to stock products, production rounds and custom work. The period starts after the order, choices and payment are confirmed.
Returning a standard product
Consumers can generally withdraw from a standard online purchase within 14 days after receipt, including products selected from our standard options. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product. Use our online withdrawal form or email info@comvie.nl.
Custom work and personal configurations
There is no statutory cooling-off period for furniture made to your individual dimensions or other personal specifications, such as a cabinet built to your exact width and ceiling height. Producing after the order or choosing from our standard options alone does not remove this right. We tell you before your final order when an exception applies. Statutory warranty always remains.
Condition of the product
You may inspect a product as you would in a store. Use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess it can lead to depreciation. The Dutch return address and any collection costs for large furniture must be published here before the first sale. Costs not disclosed before your purchase will not be charged afterwards. For a full withdrawal we refund the price and standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the original payment method; we may wait until we receive the product or proof of return.
Warranty and replacement parts
If a product does not perform as reasonably expected under normal use, contact us. Outdoor hanging planters, liners, slats and fixings are individually replaceable.

Use the online function without an account and receive an immediate receipt. Genuinely bespoke furniture normally has no statutory cooling-off period; contact us about questions or defects.
